 Our most active flow, this sequence is fully standing with a seated warm up and Savasana. Balance and strengthen your entire body as you flow through our Kidney Yoga Flow solely using your own body weight. Utkatasana flows into the Breath of Joy to increase oxygen levels in the bloodstream. During Child’s pose, you will meditate on releasing fear; the emotion our kidneys hold on to.
